  .  Registration is required to access our application. 
  .  If you do not have an email address, please click on one of the free email address links below. 
  .  Click on "register" to create your VCS personal account.

Returning to Applicant Portal?
  .  You can enter the site again  - enter your email address and password and click on "sign-in."
  .  You can view the vacancies at any time by clicking on the Vacancy tab above. 
  .  In order to apply for a vacancy, you will need to complete the application and/or sign in.

Forgot your password?
  .  Click on "Forgot password" above and your new password will be sent to your email address
  .  After receiving email, enter email address with new password on this screen and click "Sign In"
  .  Select "My Profile" tab to change your password.
